duplex will allow up to 14 guests total when renting together or rent separate for a 2 bed/2ba upstairs and a 3 bed/2ba downstairs. Plenty of parking here for 2 large vehicles each unit or when you rent them together you can squeeze up to six cars!
Living area has a sofa sleeper, Cable TV, VCR,DVD, and stereo. Dining area and breakfast bar into the kitchen. Dining table for 6 guests. Full kitchen with dishwasher, all cookware and dishware and also open into the living and dining area for a more cozy
atmosphere.
Master bedroom has king size bed, second television, full size bathroom, and sliding doors to the deck that is shared with the additonal bedroom that has 2 twin beds.
Deck has Gas BBQ Grill and patio seating for up to 6 guests! Also offered are a couple of boogie boards, 2 bikes, and 2 beach chairs! There is parking for 2 cars aand will accommodate a Suburban or Expedition!
South Mission Beach is a desirable location of Mission Bay. The duplex is just a short distance to either the Pacific Ocean front or the Mission Bayfront! You can stroll over to the oceanfront for a wonderful sunset and then stroll over to the bayfront after
