You can reserve this home online right now!! This home is available for summer season only!! South Mission Beach offers all the fun in the sun within walking for your family vacation! Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the top floor offers accommodations for up to 6 guests summer season only.

Cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath that offers peek views of Mission Bay! Watch the fireworks in the evening from Seaworld just across on the bay in the summer time, walk to the beach or bay and just a short distance to Belmont park.

Living area offers 2 futons, cable TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo. Bright condo open kitchen and dining area and balcony! This home also offers an air conditioner.

The first bedroom offers 2 twin beds, an Air conditioner and lots of light when the curtains are open!!There is a bathroom right across the hall. Balcony off of the living area offers views of Mission Bay and Seaworld fireworks in the summer season! There is also a gas BBQ and couple of chairs for your enjoyment.

2 bathrooms. One in the entrance area and the other is offered in the master bedroom with Queen bed. Master bedroom offers a view, Queen bed, small TV and private bathroom with a tub and shower. There is also an air conditioner in this room as well.

The dining and kitchen area are open. Great for family meals!! Fully stocked kitchen will allow you to feel right at home while you enjoy this lovely Beach Property!!

The living area offers plenty of seating with a bright airy room. Just a short walk and you are wiggling your toes in the sand!!

The location is fabulous. You will be steps away from the Bayside Beach....beautiful white sandy beach, miles of boardwalk for biking or walks, kayaking or watch the sailboats cruise by... Just a short walk to the Pacific Ocean where you can surf, watch fabulous sunsets, jog, or build a sand castle...

Mission Beach is a beautiful long stretch of beach. We have a great team of lifeguards here in San Diego County~~ Belmont Park is also one of Mission Beach's favorites spots. You will be able to walk across a lovely park or on the water front to enjoy the festivities daily. The Big Dipper is our refurbished roller coaster and loved by kids and adults!! There are plenty of shops and things to do for the family at Belmont Park.

We also offer condo #401 just across the hall. These 2 condos together are perfect for 2 families traveling. Our office is located right downstairs in this secure building. The Beach is less than 2 minute walk and the bayfront beach is under 4 minute walk. The building offers a shared laundry area that is coin-op and this condo has a 1 car garage for compact to midsize car. If you would like measurements for the parking area please call ahead. We also offer a discount when renting the two condos together!

This was a good location. The only down side was the street noise. I would recommend staying off the main road to reduce the street noise. There were a couple of issues with the unit - the HVAC in one bedroom stopped working 1 day - the light over the table was out and the fan in the ceiling in the den did not work either. Overall our stay was good and the convenience to the beach and the other activies in the area was great.

We had a really good vacation in Mission Beach - San diego. The condo was in a perfect location - very close to the beach and the bay as well as in walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. The location is also very close to other San Diego activities. The condo is very nice - clean and lots of space. The balcony and grill were an added bonus (although the grill does not have a starter button so we had lots of singed eyebrows trying to light it). The traffic noise is a little annoying and makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open but the location makes up for that. The only real complaint was the Queen bed in the master bedroom - it is so soft and "broken in" that it was impossible for two people to sleep in it (my husband slept on the futon in the living room every night). Two people only sink and roll to the middle. One minor comment is that the two futons in the living room are great for sleeping but very uncomfortable for sitting. Other than that I would highly recommend this rental - again, the location is phenemonal.
