You can reserve this home online or call us to help you make your reservation. Casa Rosa is a great duplex for larger groups or family reunions. Three level building that offers a 2 bedroom 2 bath in the back second and third level for up to 6 guests. Just steps to Mission Bayfront and a few minute walk to the Pacific Ocean front. This duplex is availabe summer season only. There is a 2 car tandem garage, washer dryer and all of the amenities of home!

The kitchen area opens into the dining area with a breakfast bar. Dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and all that you will need for your family meals. There is also a BBQ on the balcony off of the living area!

The main level offers a sofa sleeper, Cable Tv, VCR and a full size bathroom with Tub and shower. There is a bedroom with a queen bed also on the mail level and a balcony off of the living area.

The third level offers an additional bedroom with cozy decor, light and bright, spacious, and an additional full size bathroom. Ther is an additional balcony off of the bedroom with peak views of the bay...

This home is avail summer season only. If you rent both units please ask about our double duplex discount! This location is one of the best in Mission Beach because you can walk to several local favorite restaurants, Santa Clara Point that offers sailing, wind surfing, and more... and even some great local shops!! The bayside beach is a nice white sandy beach that also offers a boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean is just a few minute walk away. Call us now to reserve this beautiful bayside home!!

    Patio out the master bedroom had huge electrical poles on either corner that were bothersome to me. Others might not mind. I would have felt more secure had there been a lock for the garage as we left our bikes in there. The refrigerator did not keep everything cold enough and the freezer did not freeze our water bottles. There were only 3 teaspoons. However, these things were reported to the rental agent and I assume they will be taken care of for the next renter. Overall, I was happy with the place and the convenience of the property.
