Mimi and Nana's Beach Getaway sits atop Mike's Beach House and beside a cozy studio apartment that also sleeps two. Thus making this the perfect property for large family gatherings. This 2 bedroom 1 bath has a great deck with ocean views. The home features a king size bed, two queens and a pull out futon!

The spacious open living room features a huge sofa, perfect for watching your favorite movie on the big flat screen TV. There is also an enclosed sunroom in this home that offers great light, another TV and a futon sleeper.

One bedroom in your beach home features two queen beds while the second offers a king size bed- both have a TV to relax in front of.

Your beach home is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, microwave, dish and cookware and a dine in kitchen as well as patio seating to watch the glorious Mission Beach sunsets.

This is the second bedroom featuring the king size bed. There is a one car garage for parking and coin-op laundry on site for your convenience. One or all three units can be rented. Call to make your reservation!

The next best thing to sleeping under the stars...lounging on the futon in front of the TV in the enclosed sunroom! Great sea breezes and fun bamboo decor will make this your favorite room in the house!

Convenient location - we've stayed in the neighborhood several times. We got lucky that no one rented the studio immediately adjacent to us until the last two days, however, as their kitchen was right next to our bedroom and we could hear dishes clanking
and nearly every conversation. If you have a large enough group to rent both upper units this might be fine. The last night there was an extremely loud party nearby with music blaring after 3:30 a.m. Also, the dishwasher was broken for the first few days until
the owner came to fix it. In addition to the two bedrooms, this has a porch that has been sealed up to make a sun room which gives you a little additional room & sofa for another child or guest. From the deck there is a little ocean view which is nice. We
have previously had good luck with Sandy Beach Rentals, though this isn't their best unit.
Great for our needs. Loved being close to beach and park. Great deck view. Great vacation.

2 comments: Owner did stop buy to let us know the dishwasher was broken. No repairs while we were there. The ice maker in the frig not working.

Not very clean, baseboards, ceiling fan blades very dusty. Generally clean but needs deep cleaning. Dishwasher broken-serviceman showed up 1 day late and at 4:45pm during my time to cook dinner. Not enough utencils and serving ware in spatual. Overall very satisfied just some recommendations.

Twelve of us in the three units and it could not have been better. Steps to the beach but away from the Ocean Walk, ocean view from the deck, plenty of room on the patio and a short walk to the giant dipper roller coaster. We couldn't ask for more.

Property was clean but it is old (its like a house from the 1970s, wood paneling and wooden cabinets in need of repair). The upstairs deck is fabulous to sit and have a drink or coffee. Will stay somewhere else next year that is in better condition.

The location of this condo is very close to the beach. Large parking garage space big enough to fit our Yukon. Upstairs unit with patio in front. View from the upper deck of the ocean. There was alot of room in this upstairs unit. Bedrooms were large. This is an older unit that could use some refreshing. Updating the kitchen and bathroom. There can be alot of noise on the weekends due to the close proximity of the other units.

The unit definitely shows signs of wear from use and the salt air. It's only a 30 second walk to the beach though, and the rooms are very comfortable. Management responded to our calls immediately and effectively. Very nice experience overall.
