The studio is perfect for Two adults. It features a full bath, complete kitchen and shared deck. The views are amazing and Jamaica Ct is walking distance to world famous Belmont Park. This unit is a perfect add-on to Mike's Beach House or Mimi and Nana's.
One parking space is offered with the studio. Please call for rates and availability. Shared patio downstairs features two gas grils and plenty of seating. There is a full size futon in the studio as well which makes it suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.
