  • Shared upper patio area right outside your front door.
  • Shared downstair patio area with charcoal grill.
  • You can see the ocean while you are comfy cozy on the queen bed!
  • Nice shower and bathroom
  • Covered carport parking area. The measurements are 7'9" Wide by 7' High and 18' Long. Parking can be challenging so best to bring your smaller car and back in!
  • Wow~ this is what you came for! Just 65 steps to the beachfront. Sunsets no extra charge!

Perfct getaway for couples! This cozy one bedroom offers an oceanview from the bedroom! Just 65 steps to the beach front and located in a great area of Mission Beach. You can stroll over to Crystal Pier or rent bikes and cruise miles of oceanfront or bayfront boardwalk! If you are traveling with friends or relatives-- we have 2 units so you can be close together but still have your privacy. Set up to accommodate up to 3 guests comfortably but we can consider 4 so just give us a call! We rent for long term from September to May for $1750 + Utilities / Month.

    Great location for easy, easy access to beach, restaurants and shops. Love the spirit of Mission Beach. The casita is spacious for two and cozy for four. Shared space with other units a real plus. We had beautiful sunsets every evening and wonderful daytrips exploring the region. I'd recommend a sub-compact for the parking spot.

    The heat did not work but the management company did right and fixed it as well as brought floor heaters to keep us warm. Parking is tight so make sure to back in. We enjoyed the simplicity of it and the location.

    San Diego was were I grew up. This spot was perfect for friends to find us, places to eat, runs on the beach were just 10 steps away. Had everything we needed. Will look to rent same unit next year.
