and 1 car garage. Compact to Midsize one car parking. The measurements are 6'3" Tall, 11'3" wide, and 15ft long. The garage also offers washer and dryer.
Downstairs has a full bathroom and upstairs features the 2 bedrooms and additional full bathroom. One bedroom offers a king size bed with a private balcony for bayfront viewing. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and small TV.
This is a lovely home located in a great area and best of all just a few steps to the bayfront!!
