8 guests. This home has a master bedroom with King bed and a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds that allows an additional bedroom off of the 2nd bedroom for a queen bed and separate entrance. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area to allow for the eight
guests. This lower unit of the Capistrano Duplex has an open kitchen area with a breakfast bar to the dining area. Seating for up to 8. The living area has sofa sleeper, Cable TV and DVD. The gas grill is located right out front of the unit. There is tandem
parking for 2 larger vehicles.
King bed in master bedroom with cable TV and full size bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 twin size beds and leads to the additional bedroom. The third bedroom is off of the second with a sliding glass door to outside and a queen size bed.
Property comes with 2 bikes, boogie boards, and a couple of beach chairs.... it also have wireless internet available!
The property is located on the corner of Mission Blvd and Capistrano Place on the southside/oceanside of the Blvd. It is located just steps to the either the bayfront or the oceanfront where the locals play volleyball! wonderful stretch of beach with awesome
sunsets. Just a few minute walk over to Mission Bay as well. In the evening Seaworld puts on a fireworks display in the summer time. South Mission Beach is within reach to all of the favorite attractions San Diego has to offer!
The Beach in this area has the volley ball courts to both the south and the north. There is also a large sandy stretch right in between. The beach is about 60 steps from the duplex. You need to cross Mission Blvd to get over to the bay. You can stroll over
to the bay in the evening and watch the fireworks display from Seaworld!!
