This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum for summer season and also over the Holidays. We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. This building is located in a great area of South Mission
Beach. We also offer our California Cottage on the Bayfront right next door.. perfect for families traveling together or larger groups! Available summer season only. This Bayfront property offers a GREAT view from the sliding glass doors that lead to the Bayfront
balcony. The balcony offers a bistro table with seating up to 3. The sliding glass doors open into the living area to combine your indoor/outdoor experience. The BBQ is located on the side balcony area. King size Bed, queen Bed and twin trundle bed for the
kids. We also have a sleeper sofa in the living area. The views are awesome as it sits right on the bayfront. 1 car parking in secured underground parking garage area.
