  Our stay was wonderful! We loved that there was plenty of beds; xtra TVs and lots of towels. We would have liked to see a couple of bikes and boogie boards!

  this is our 17th summer on mission beach for july 4th, beach house was fantastic, spent most of our time inside due to gloomy weather. Ants in kitchen due to food left under stove burners but manager & owners both rectified this within hours of our call. beds were very comfortable. No sunshine but we still had lots of fun and great family memories. Thank you to Mikes family & Sandy Beach rentals.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Mike's place... Huge kudos to the owner for making it so comfortable! Loved the wall hangers everywhere to hang wet beach stuff and the massage chair was great! Thank you so much! We will come again!

  Mike's Place at the beach was in the perfect location. It took less than a minute to get to the beach and was only about two blocks from the bay. The apartment was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was the presence of little ants in the kitchen. Otherwise we loved it.

  The units were wonderful. We had a great time. The only problem was the shower in 720 had no water pressure, so all 14 of us shared the other 2 showers. Overall, it was wonderful.
