  The only suggestion I have is that the MBR suite downstairs needs a new mattress. Other than that, everything was very comfortable and convenient and Sandy Beach Rentals was nice to deal with.
  I would like to come back in two years when the grandsons are in first grade. It will be a boys' trip with Grannie.
  Can you let me know how YOU found the property and when we can expect to receive a return of the deposit.

  THis was our 3 summer renting from Sandy Beach and as usual they were right on with our request. The location is great just between the bay and the beach. Bikes, boogie boards, chairs etc are provided. Nicely decorated. My only complaint would be the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

  A little noisy but well worth it to be that close to the beach. Would have been nice to have A/C with the noise so we could close the windows as well.
