Hi.
We would be glad to provide candid comments. We have already provided similar comments via an email to Dana Race.
We did have a wonderful time that week. The beach house was great for our needs. We had no problem getting in. There was plenty of hot water/towels. There were extras we did not expect, (like the beach chairs/umbrella, kitchen stuff, etc). Thank you so much.
There were a few minor items that needed attention.
The front right burner on the stove would not light.
I was not able to get a dial tone on the upstairs phone. It appears to be charging?
We purchased batteries for the smoke alarm down stairs but it still did not work.
The upstairs toilet flush lever needed to be held down for several seconds before flushing and the toilet sometimes continued to run after flushing.
The small towel rack next to the shower upstairs kept falling off the wall.
My rating for the appearance and condition is only 3 stars. We realize this is an older home and not a 5 star hotel. It was fine for us.
The house was pretty clean. The only area that needed attention was the air vent next to the front door. It was caked with dust.
We did have an exceptional time and hopefully we will return next year!
