  There were twelve of us and we rented all three units in the building. The experience could not have been better. We had the patio and deck to ourselves. Great ocean view, close to the beach without having the oceanwalk going right past our door.

  Everything was great, even the noise from all the kids next door. I understand everyone is on vacation and having a great time, but our last day was Sunday and Saturday morning some guy came in a was breaking bottles, taking cans wetting down the patio and wet the kids strollers, bicycles, etc. There was a wet mess on the patio, plus everyone in the house was up at 6:00 am from all the noise. Other than that everything was perfect. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

  Property worked well for our needs. Very close to beach and Belmont park which was great. Enjoyed view of ocean fm deck.

  Only 1 negative comment. The shower/tub had to be plunged before use and paper/gunk came up, but after that it was usable.

  We arrived around 5pm and the room had yet to be cleaned. There was an issue with the parking that i was not informed about prior to my booking. I had to pay an additional $100 in order to park in my space on July 4th.
