  My family and I arrived from early saturday (5 of us) from arizona. We went right to Trader Joe's (just down the rd.) checked into our condo and didn't get in the car for the rest of our trip. The beach was fabulous, hadn't been there since I was a kid
  20 years ago. It's all right there, few steps to the beach, the bay just across the Blvd. The place comes with two beach cruisers, we brought kids bikes and went for rides along the ocean and bay paths every day. Belmont park with roller coasters and bumper
  cars. The kids were in heaven. The place isn't fancy but it has what you need. Downside, kind noisy by the Blvd. and would have liked a patio to the south instead of just parking.

  The only setback was not having the bikes for the first couple of days because they had flat tires. This was the same problem that we had 3 years ago when we stayed at the same rental.

  This house was great. You could walk to the beach, bay, or the roller coaster in minutes. The house is bigger than it looks and the parking was easy for two vehicles. I will definately rent this house again.

  Hi i want to first say thank you to the staff for being so helpful in reserving the house. I do have a few comments starting with the overall place, it was quite underwhelming of course the first time i stayed was at the location on San Gabriel and that property was amazing. I would suggest the following, new beds for the master and queen bedroom, the beds are in need of replacement they are very worn. Also the 3rd bedroom was really a den with no closet and very small i felt as if i was staying in a patio that was turned into a room. I felt as if the website mislead the quality and size of the house. Aside from that everything else was fine and again the staff was amazing.

  This home was in a great location, only feet from the ocean and the bay. The bikes worked ok. The parking was good. The beds were comfortable enough. The rooms did get a bid warm and the road was a bit noisy with the windows open, but wasn't much of a problem. The kitchen was well stocked as far as small appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. But was missing things you would expect to be left behind by other renters, like salt & pepper, coffee filter etc. So, I left some of the above and some fish seasonings. Hopefully the next guest will get to use it. The place was a bit run down but it worked and we had a good vacation. The beach is what we went for.

  I think next year I would rather have one with a patio area. There were a few things wrong but when we called the issues were taken care of.
